Assigned professionals:
Our team of financial professionals strive to provide customers with quality customer service at an affordable price.
Retainers:
Once payment is received, our formal consultation begins. We deliver an engagement letter to each client with a comprehensive service description, based upon each client's individual needs.
Fixed-Price Agreements:
We also offer a variety of services at fixed price agreements. Although fixed price does indicate that you will not pay more than the amount quoted, often times changes and modifications occur which change the scope of the job and will increase the fixed price quote. If such an event occurs, we will let you know in advance. Services offered at a fixed price agreement include but are not limited to QuickBooks set up, Entity formation and QuickBooks hosting. Our mission is to deliver services at a fixed price ahead of time to facilitate faster service and optimal customer satisfaction.
Subscription Service.
We also have subscription or flat fee periodic agreements. The services offered are performed on a recurring basis, typically monthly, quarterly or annually.
Time-Based Billings:
Some services we provide, such as tax preparation, may not be fixed-price agreements with change modification orders, but instead are traditional time-based billings. This is the type of billing we use primarily in our retail service agreements. Our time-based fees for tax preparation are based on the amount of time required to obtain, review and analyze your information; perform any necessary research; and prepare, review and process your tax returns. Our standard hourly billing rates apply. In addition, you will be charged for out-of-pocket expenses and minor administration costs.
Work Product Deliverables:
When we are ready to deliver your final work product, we will invoice you for any amount over the retainer(s) already paid. For several years, our policy has been to bill our clients and receive payment before we deliver the final work product. Because our clients live throughout the U.S. and abroad, it is much more efficient and we have an excellent record of carrying out our engagements on a timely basis with results that are satisfactory to our clients.
